Your Privacy is Our Priority
Your privacy and security when ordering online through Artisan Papery is our top priority. Information that is submitted is used strictly for the purpose of filling orders and to better serve you. Your credit card number is always encrypted for secure transmission. We do not store your credit card number after your order has been completed. We will save your e-mail, billing and shipping address on our secure server for the sole purpose of serving you better the next time you shop with us.
Production Time
The products ordered which are printed in-house will be fulfilled and shipped within 7 days. Typical ground shipping will reach you in 2-3 business days after that. If the product ordered is printed at one of our partner's facilities, the printing and shipping may take a few days more.
Rush Orders
If you need to receive your order quickly, you can change your method of shipping (options are noted on your checkout page) or add a rush to your order for an additional minimum fee of $50. We are not responsible for delays involved in delivery once they have left our facilities.
Payment Options
At this time, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. No personal checks or COD's are accepted. Your order is billed to your credit card account when you complete the checkout section of your order.
Proofs
Proofs are faxed or e-mailed samples of your order. Before a proof is sent to you, you order will be mocked up and arranged according to your specifications. The order will not be printed until we receive your approval if a proof is required or requested. Please select proof requested on each item when ordering. If an order is canceled before printing but after the proof is created, a minimum $50 setup fee or 25% of the total order is not refundable, whichever amount is less.
Ordered by Mistake
If you placed an order by mistake, please contact us immediately, and we will cancel the order for you. However, once an order is in production, it is your responsibility to pay for it. Therefore, please make sure that you are satisfied with your selections before entering your credit card information.
Late Orders/Missing Orders
Please notify us if you have not received your order by the estimated delivery date. When 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we can no longer track or replace your order.
Damaged Orders
Upon receiving your order, please check to make sure the printed item(s) are correct and you have the quantity ordered. If you notice that your order became damaged in any way in the shipping process, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Any damage or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.. No replacements, allowances or credit will be given after that period of time. For damaged order replacements, the original order in it's entirety must be returned to Artisan Papery to receive a your replacement order.
Errors
We will review each order for accuracy and will strive to catch all typesetting and grammatical errors. If we find anything, we will always confirm the change prior to priting. Because all of our items are customized, no refunds will be given for typesetting and grammatical errors. It is extremely important that all orders are carefully reviwed before submitting.
Changes
We will not make changes or corrections to your order without written concent from you. We will make every effort to accommodate your request for changes after submitting your order. However, we may not be able to stop or change an order once it has been put into production. If your order is placed by 3 p.m. on a business day or weekend, you will have until noon on the following business day to e-mail changes to support@artisanpapery. If it is too late to make changes to your order at the time of your request, you will still be charged for the order as it was submitted.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items unless they were damaged upon delivery or incorrectly produced due to our mistake. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. Please notify us if you have any questions or concerns about your order. We will work with you to find a reasonable solution to any problems with your order.
